From a interview for two or three people through to larger groups for meetings and company retreats, the Wilton Court Hotel is an ideal venue. Natural daylight and calming views over the River Wye will refresh and inspire.
| We can accommodate theatre style meetings up to 40 guests or a boardroom set up for 25 in the Mulberry Restaurant , while the Wilton Suite will turn its hand to 20 theatre style and a boardroom meeting for up to 12 .
Audio Visual equipment can be arranged through the hotel.
8 hour daily delegate rates from £29.50 per delegate to include:
- Room hire 9am to 5pm
- Two course business lunch with tea or coffee
- Welcome coffee on arrival
- Mid morning coffee and biscuits
- Afternoon tea with biscuits
- Bottled water, mints, paper and pencils
- Flip Cart
- Wi fi access throughout the hotel
For those meetings requiring accommodation we can offer ten rooms which we can either offer for single occupancy or a combination of five rooms for single occupancy and five rooms with twin beds for double occupancy to accommodate a total of 15 delegates. Our 24 hour daily delegate rate to include 8 hour rate , three course dinner and overnight accommodation with English breakfast £120.00 to £140.00 for a double room for single occupancy and £97.50 per person sharing a twin room
