Introducing our Head Chef Martyn Williams
Martyn joined The Wilton Court in September 2010 from the prestigious Red star Seiont Manor Hotel where he was previously Head chef for twelve years with two rosettes.
Martyn invites you to experience his take on modern British cuisine. He serves traditional favourites with a modern twist.
He is passionate about food and cooking and in sourcing ingredients from local producers and suppliers. He strongly supports the Flavours of Herefordshire Awards that Wilton Court has been entering since 2003
