A charge will be levied for cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to arrival, unless we are able to re- sell the accommodation. Payment accepted by cash, cheque with bank guarantee card, Switch, Delta, MasterCard, Visa or American Express. Dogs accepted by prior arrangements only. Guests are respectively requested not to smoke in bedrooms. Wilton Bar smoking permitted. Mulberry Restaurant non-smoking. We do not have guest bedrooms on the ground floor. The hotel extends a daily turndown service, and Kimonos are provided in the Riverview accommodation. A Lite bite room service menu is also available during restaurant service hours.
